A block of exclusive flats built for the Directors of the Chanrai Group, the slabs of this structure are extended beyond the perimeter wall, and glazing was taken to the floor so that the eye was drawn outside from inside .
The external “shelves” give the characteristic JCA shading to the windows below, and the security screen on the outside of the shelves creates a curtain on the façade of the building.
