The siting of the project within the port area enabled James Cubitt Architects to design an office building overlooking the very port that Maersk is responsible for. The building has a curved façade, giving a panoramic and unobstructed view of the port. A separate tower that rises vertically at the rear accommodates the vertical circulation and toilets, and is linked to the main building by bridges on each floor.

As with many JCA buildings the windows are heavily shaded by the structure, and the peripheral columns are outside so as not to obstruct the floor space.
