This greenfield Industrial project was executed by James Cubitt Architects for Nestle Nigeria Ltd who wanted an ultra-modern factory of international standard to commence the production and processing of Maggi Seasoning Cubes in Nigeria.
A few years down the line, the factory has won to its credit quite a number of international onwards.
Area is about 36.3 hectares with only a third of it developed so far with great plans for future expansion.
