Another greenfield industrial development that lies adjacent to the Nestle Factory Sagamu, was designed for Olam Nigeria Limited who required a Sesame Seed Processing Factory (6,500m2) and 12,000m2 of Warehouse facilities. The site area is approximately 24hectares.
As with all industrial facilities, the project includes an Administrative Building which includes staff amenities, utilities and other ancillary facilities.
It was completed in 2013.
