This project is an office building for an oil company. To comply with the planning regulations that were in place at its inception, the initial design had a thirty percent residential component. After relaxations of the planning requirements, it reverted to a hundred percent office complex.
To maximize the views from the building, and of the building, it is turned by 450, giving it a spectacular look.
