A relatively small site to work on, this branch office is a 5 storey building meant to be a flagship structure for others to be modelled after. To maximize the use of the land, cantilevers had to be extended.
Due to the nature of the land where it is sited, piling was required. Another challenge faced in this project was waterproofing the basement level.
The unique colours of Stanbic IBTC are effectively put to use.
The building makes use of brise-soleil as sun shading devices.
